I think that the part of Performing Arts that I have enjoyed the most is the amount of performing opportunities that we are given throughout the two years which I feel has led me to create a very close bond with my company and I have developed friendships that I cherish massively. This course has been the best thing for me in terms of developing my skills as well as my own confidence in myself which I think comes from how supportive and encouraging the teachers are, as they are always pushing you that little bit further in order to become a better performer which I appreciate a lot.
My favourite part of college life is definitely the friendships that I have made throughout my two years here and I feel like I will be definitely cherishing the memories I have made here for life. Godalming college has supported me massively in terms of what I am doing after college, by providing workshops and support when I need it and a safe place to ask any questions.
I have absolutely loved my experience being a part of the PAN extra-curricular as I have found it extremely useful as well as enjoyable. I love the fact that we have industry professionals as well as drama schools come in and put workshops on for us, I have found it so beneficial gaining some professional advice. I have also loved being a part of the productions as I love that fact that I can meet and get to know people who aren’t in my classes, for example drama students or people who don’t take a performing course and just want to be on stage. I would heavily recommend this extra curricular as I have had so much fun throughout my two years and gained a lot of useful knowledge that I can take forward with me into the future.
